I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. I understand that the Swedish School Society (The Nordic School) is a parent run school, and it is expected that I, as a parent/guardian, participate actively and contribute to the children’s and the school’s development and a positive environment.
2. I agree to support the principles of the school as found on the website.
3. I agree to pay the school fees in accordance with the payment deadline. Penalty fees for late payment may apply. If I have any outstanding debt to the school from a past term, my child will not be permitted back at school and may risk losing his/her spot.
4. I agree to collect my child in accordance with the time slot selected. In case I am unable to collect my child on time, I will inform the teachers via phone. If the delay in collecting my child exceeds 3 times within one month, and there has been no notification to the teachers of such a delay, I shall expect to pay a fine.
5. In case I have given permission for the school to use pictures/videos of my child for publications, social media and marketing purposes, I understand that these will remain archived at the school and can be used for promotional purposes in the future without notification.
6. I understand that the school reserves the right to determine the placement of my child in the group judged most appropriate for the individual child’s development and age.
7. I understand that the cover for personal accident insurance or loss of personal possessions is my responsibility and that the school does not provide insurance for children taking part in school activities.
8. I understand that the school is entitled to use its discretion in suspending a child for a short or longer period as a result of unacceptable behavior i.e., violence, vandalism or bullying and that the school fees will not be reimbursed for the lost time.
9. I understand that in case my child needs urgent medical attention, he/she will be brought to IST Clinic. Any treatment or medication received at IST Clinic must be paid for by me, the parent/guardian.
10. I understand that the school reserves the rights at its sole discretion to refuse an application.
11. I understand that the school will not reimburse fees already paid.
